2 Samuel 7:22 “Therefore You are great, O LORD GOD. For there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears.”
One of the great things about God is that He is, well, GREAT. He is so great that there is no one like Him, no one even close. We now use the word “GOAT” to describe a person in sports as the GREATEST OF ALL TIME. That title is temporary. As well, that title might be shared. But when we consider God, He is the one and the only GREATEST OF ALL TIME! Respectfully, God is the “GOAT”!
There are many verses that tell us of God being the GREATEST: Notice a few:
Psalm 145:3 Great is the LORD, & greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.
Deuteronomy 10:17 For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God.
Psalm 95:3 For the Lord is the great God, and a great King above all gods.
Psalm 147:5 Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; His understanding is beyond measure.
In considering the greatness of God, it is really hard for me not to consider the Hymn HOW GREAT THOU ART. I hope you pause to read (sing)

Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made:
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder
Thy power throughout the universe displayed!
